"Assemblage" presents topics that Johanna Dehio´s work revolves around: different aspects of improvisation are a source of inspiration and impetus for her projects. Specifically, the relationship between user and object is a central topic of her observations.
She designs objects that are characterized at the functional level through open and accessible systems and that provoke interactions. By combining various materials and surfaces, even the form takes up on the issue of improvisation, without losing clarity or functionality.

From June 1 till June 16, Dehio will exhibit works from the MQ Vienna project "furniture improvisation" in 2012.
