European mega-cities are in a process of transformation. Traditional trades are dying out, historical buildings and streets are becoming isolated and solitary. With our passion for urban challenges we are working on solutions for the urban podium zone. Our vision is the sustainable reactivation of the city. On the search for a new use for former shops and businesses, we had the idea of transforming them into hotel rooms. This is urban experience without the detour through the hotel lobby – because urban travellers and tourists are looking more than ever for authentic experience and a credible environment.
