Theresa Hattinger is an illustrator, designer and maker of things. Her career has included stations in Berlin, Havanna, Eindhoven, Leipzig, and Salzburg, meanwhile she studied graphic design and stage design at the University of Applied Arts in Vienna. Her work focuses on illustration and editorial design for such clients as SOS Kinderdorf, magdas, Ö1, the Edition Angewandte, and the European Forum Alpbach. On top of this, Hattinger pursues design with an interdisciplinary approach: She engages in many personal projects, conceives and designs exhibitions, music videos, stages, objects and more. Theresa Hattinger has gained quite a reputation in the field of self-publishing, founded her own handbag label in 2013, engages in printed graphics and textile design, and has just written and illustrated her first book.
