Lilli Hollein works as a curator and journalist for architecture and design, a.o. since 1996.

She studied Industrial Design at Vienna´s University for applied Arts, diploma 1999.
As an author she has contributed to numberous books and catalogues, and juries. From 2010-2013 she is president of the KÖR jury/ art in public space Vienna.
Together with T. Beyerle und T. Geisler as the „Neigungsgruppe Design“, they initiated the conferences „D06 – Zeitzonen“ 2006 and „D07 – Die Mitte“ 2007 at the University of applied arts Vienna and founded the VIENNA DESIGN WEEK in 2007. Thomas Geisler transfered to the MAK - Austrian Museum of Applied Arts / Con-
temporary Art in 2010, Tulga Beyerle became director of the Kunstgewerbemuseum Dresden in 2014. Lilli Hollein proceeds
