Nespresso Design Contest SUSTAIN.ABILITY.DESIGN

Quality, innovation, and design play a central role for Nespresso. State-of-the-art design coffee machines and accessories emphasize
the exclusivity and uniqueness of the 16 Nespresso ‘Grand Cru’ coffees. After a successful debut last year, Nespresso Austria and the Neigungsgruppe Design have organised a contest for the second time within the framework of the VIENNA DESIGN WEEK, which underscores design competence for the long term.

Service design is the main theme of this year’s contest. March Gut, Bernhard Rothbucher, Rouven Haas, White Elephant, and Julia
Landsiedl have all been invited to deal with the entire recycling service and process for the Nespresso coffee capsules.

The five projects will be displayed in the Nespresso Boutique at Mahlerstraße as part of the VIENNA DESIGN WEEK. Of these, three will receive awards from a prestigious panel of judges.
