The Vienna Design Week will soon be over, but for us it’s just about to start. When it gets dark today we stuff the collected organic waste into a large barrel composter and roll it to the urban vegetable garden of the SALAT PIRATEN on Kirchengasse 46. The organic waste will be composted over winter and next year the BETONKÜCHE (Concrete Kitchen) will cook vegetables using our organic waste as energy.

Leftovers to tank up energy on the way served as usual starting at 5 pm in the BIOMAT.
