With its striking installation for the microbrewery of R.M.MÜLLER BIER in Favoriten, the design and architecture bureau LABVERT conceived a presentation space of great appeal for the public and including all their senses. Perspectives in palate-stimulation were also broadened by tasting the local speciality, brewed after an ancient recipe on the outskirts of Vienna. Robert Michael Müller harvests the grain himself and processes it on his small organic farm in Favoriten into an exclusive beer, making only about 30 liters per brew.
