Uwe Lübbermann, founder of the Hamburg Premium-Getränke- kollektiv invited a motivated public to a discussion and workshop. The drinks manufacturer has been practising an industrial model for fifteen years that promotes radically democratic structures, including fair wages. Lübbermann demonstrated how this social model can be put into practice in the contact point of the urbanize! festival in the 3rd district.
