Staged in a fascinating setting the interdisciplinary research team of Robotic Woodcraft in cooperation with the design studio Lucy.D presented a wood installation made with industrial robots. The project not only showed how design and architecture with the help of randomly changed computer data can result in new structures, forms and aesthetics, but accentuates in particular how synergies between individual departments, between students and teachers can be applied in practice.
