It wasn’t just because of its geographical location on the outskirts of Vienna that the Viennese snail factory guaranteed discoveries of a completely new land. For ten whole days Andreas Gugumuck’s farm in Rothneusiedl was transformed into a crowded playground for young and old. The program was lively and varied: demonstrating, tasting, trying out. It included the opening of the new factory building the presentation of humane breeding methods, and the tasting of innovative snail products.
