Pop-up Heuriger Zum Gschupftn Ferdl in the inner courtyard of the Festival Headquarters

To celebrate the tenth birthday of the VIENNA DESIGN WEEK, the urban  Heurige (traditional wine inn) concept was spontaneously relocated onto Schloßgasse, where Ferdl dreamed up delicacies and spritzers – wine and soda –, siphoned soda, and other Heurigen classics. In the evening, the pop-up Heurige took over as festival meeting point. The music program varied between DJ sound and Viennese song. The pop-up Heurige was created in cooperation with the designer Vera Wiedermann (MOA Eating Products) and the Bildwerk agency, which is responsible for the pixel projections at Ferdl’s.
