DESIGN CONFERENCE: THE RESPONSIBILITY OF FOOD DESIGN

Nothing uses up so many resources, changes the climate as radically, or is such an economic and survival factor as our daily food. Thus, no field of design is positioned so close to the lever of change as food design! Together with the international food design top stars Sonia Massari (IT), Francesca Sarti (IT), Martí Guixé (ES), and the public, the Viennese design duo honey & bunny – since 2017 head of the academic study course Food Design at the NDU – talked about responsibility, everyday life, design, and the will to change: an afternoon focusing on the most common product, the most common activity – food and eating.
