In keeping with the motto “We create memories!” the 25hours Hotel offers, in cooperation with SUPERSENSE, analog experiential adventures designed to inspire guests from all around the world to act and think. About the fact that, for example, the combination of gramophone record and loft can be more sensually contemporary than dustily nostalgic – the proof of which they provided high above Vienna’s rooftops: Visitors to VIENNA DESIGN WEEK were invited to make their own records and design the sleeve themselves. Thus, the hotel’s rooftop bar became a place where, for one night only, cocktails were not only mixed but also sung, cut into vinyl, and pressed. Hopefully, this meant that the completely unromantic age in which records were made from hot plastic in gray pressing plants was finally consigned to history.
