10 × 10 objects from the Manual and Material Culture course: Ten years after the admission of the first students, the course with the unique profile is now a fixture of the design landscape and its focus on the implementation of the design by the designers themselves has laid the foundation stone of many fascinating careers. The objects on display are all essentially answers to current questions: How can we imagine a material culture that is fit for the future? What could local and decentralized production look like? How does design encourage inclusivity? How are materials developed experimentally? And how can craft skills be combined with the possibilities of digital production?
