Husarska Design Studio, p_art Galerie, Polnisches Institut Wien
25.9.2023, 6pm–7.30pm
The presentation by the Polish Husarska Design Studio focuses on the potential of hemp fiber as an environmentally-friendly alternative to conventional materials: RE-HEMPTATION illustrates technologies and products that enable us to use the one-year-old plant in such industrial sectors as food and furniture production and as a construction material. The overriding objective of the exhibition is to improve the image of hemp as a means of encouraging the research and development of composite materials in the spirit of ecological sustainability.
