What do landscapes taste like? A question to philosophize about … in a bar, perhaps? TASTING LANDSCAPES by the design research group Simiæn invites visitors to the Festival Headquarters in the Prater to taste the invisible. The presentation builds upon last year’s contributions to the VIENNA DESIGN WEEK (Tea, schnapps, bread!) and focuses on the potential of lichen to tickle our taste buds. Julia Schwarz, Lisi Penker and their team are organizing aperitivos on three evenings at which they will serve Simiæn Sprizz, whose light and sunnily bitter taste will whet your appetite for social exchange.
