The fact is: More and more women are studying design and working in the creative industry – actually, a state of affairs that has long been wished for. But what is this majority changing? And what is it not changing? Is design becoming the next ‘women’s profession’? And what impact would that have on everyone in the industry? It’s high time to discuss this. 

Letitia Lehner and Kira Schinko have more than 15 years of experience – partly as burnt-out employees, courageous founders, and always motivated fighters – in the design and communication circus. With the “Radical Collective Lounge” they now present a space for residence, exhibition, presentation, and discussion by Clemens Bauder, developed on the occasion of the 50th anniversary of the University of Art and Design Linz.
