Re:Form — Vienna Design Week

Sustainability through Design and Strategy! Re:Form brings together design, strategic development, and Viennese companies to explore ecologically and socially responsible ways of doing business. In this program format, launched by VIENNA DESIGN WEEK 2023 in collaboration with OekoBusiness Wien, the city’s environmental service program (MA22), flagship projects are created that demonstrate how sustainable design, combined with the leverage of economic implementation, can make the city fit for the future.

In 2025, the focus is once again on collaboration between companies and design studios—this time to develop sustainably conceived product ideas. The new co-financing program of the same name by OekoBusiness Vienna enables designers to bring their expertise into corporate practice in advisory roles. Particularly outstanding projects emerging from this program will have the opportunity to present their results at VIENNA DESIGN WEEK.

This year’s edition highlights three projects in the field of product design.
