Event recommendation: Creative Days Vienna – 14 and 15 May. Where culture meets technology
From architecture, design, film, gaming, fashion, music to the visual arts: How are digital technologies shaping the future of cultural experiences?
On 14 and 15 May 2025, the Creative Days Vienna will once again bring together leading international creative professionals for a diverse program of talks, tours, performances, installations and networking formats. Together, we will discuss the interplay between technological innovations, social change and the creative industries. Topics such as the impact of artificial intelligence (AI) and new digital technologies on artistic creation are just as much on the agenda as the related importance of the analog context and the necessity of cooperation.
The event, organised by the Vienna Business Agency, will take place at the Funkhaus, Hoxton Vienna and Filmmuseum, among others. Highlights include keynote speeches by Claire L. Evans ((author, musician YACHT), Sean Bidder (180 Studios), Eva Jäger (Serpentine) and Michael Loebenstein (Austrian Film Museum). Tours will take visitors to places of creative work, including award-winning concepts from the Creatives for Vienna - Making Spaces competition. Workshops provide expertise on topics such as AI applications in the games and fashion sectors. Performances, exhibitions and installations by Claudia Larcher, Ursula Winterauer, Rebecca Merlic or Never at Home round off the program.
Creative Days Vienna are part of the international startup festival ViennaUp 2025, hosted by ViennaBusiness.
