TEMPUSCOPE is the seventh installation of the design competition Rado Star Prize Austria, in which selected designers present their work for one month. Currently the Austrian designstudio March Gut is presenting its installation at the Rado Store on Kärntner Straße in Vienna.

Patience is a virtue, now you shall be rewarded! Here we introduce the official coupling of Passionswege participants of VIENNA DESIGN WEEK 2013!

"Experimental design as an open process" or "Old tradition meets New Design?" This year´s Passionswege designers met to share their first concepts over dinner and some glasses of wine.

The Italian designstudio "Formafantasma“ was elected by an international jury as the winner of the European Home Run 2012. Public's favourite was the Spanish designer Héctor Serrano with his idea of a „Pop-up Vienna“.

Going around the world! The exhibition "WerkStadt Vienna" travels from Helsinki and Milano (Ventura Lambrate) further to Rotterdam! Shown are selected Passionswege projects of the last festival season.

Congratulations! The VIENNA DESIGN WEEK Office is very happy to announce the success of its Art Direction team "Bueronardin" at this year´s European Design Award!

Same procedure as every year! From June 5 to June 9, the DMY International Design Festival presents over 500 designer of thirty nations at the former airport Tempelhof, in cooperation with Poland as international partner.

We thank you for the numerous submissions for this years VIENNA DESIGN WEEK Stadtarbeit. Five Social Design projects were selected by a jury. They will be presented during the festival, from September 27 till October 6 2013.

"LIFELINE … a lifetime timeline" is the fifth installation of Rado Star Prize 2013, this time designed by Vera Wiedermann. The installation can be seen untill June 14 at Rado Store in Vienna. Read more about the exhibition and the Rado Star Prize here.

"Stadtarbeit" is aimed at design professionals to participate in the festival with a project in the social design context. Five projects will be selected by a jury and be part of the festival 2013. Deadline of submission is today, May 22 till 22h! You can find further information here.
