For this Passionswege project two producers are engaged, and both work in trades that actually don't really exist any more. The brush producer Norbert Meier is one of the last in his field. The two-man company still makes the full range of brushes ​​- hair brush and powder brush for domestic use, the finest sable watercolor brush (per order) to brushes for industrial machinery.

The young Thomas Petz is again the last producers of goods made ​​of horn. The only 26-year old entrepreneur has taken over the factory from his grandfather and learned from him. Combs, brushes (brush-making in cooperation with Norbert Meier!), Jewelry, spoons and many other horn items are part of his program.

The pleasure to deal with both companies, has Matylda Krzykowski, a Polish-born designer who grew up in Germany and now works in Maastricht. She is also known as a curator, stage designer and design blogger. She is an expert not only for products but also for telling their stories. All in all a very promising cooperation.
