Ariane Shirvani

Born in 1984, Ariane Shirvani is a Berlin-based designer with Iranian roots. She graduated in industrial and interior design at the Nuova Accademia di Belle Arti in Milan in 2015. Most of her works are rooted in historical architectural elements and objects, focusing on the experience of perception. Shirvani seeks to rethink items, infusing them with new meaning, form, or material. Via the means of this poetic language, she questions our ways of seeing and responding to the needs of our contemporary existence.
