Christian Hauser

Christian Hauser is an organizational consultant and the founder of CHANGE DESIGNER. He is interested in how organizational change can be shaped – specifically, where structures and collaboration within organizations are reimagined as social systems in an ongoing design process, in which relationships, decisions, and responsibilities are constantly being redefined. After many years working at international technology companies, he now supports businesses, public agencies, and cultural institutions in collaboratively shaping complex developments. His work combines systemic thinking with design, prototyping, and participatory methods. He views change not as a project but as a creative task – open, experimental, and always centered on people.
