DIE KÜMMEREI

DIE KÜMMEREI is a socio-economic employment project run by Job-TransFair that offers several months of on-the-job training to people who are disadvantaged in the labor market. The aim is to facilitate their return to permanent employment by providing them with up-to-date professional experience in areas ranging from renovation, woodworking, and textile manufacturing to gastronomy, catering, sales, distribution, and more. The temporary workers are accompanied by experienced specialists, supported by personnel consultants and social workers, and receive a wide range of further training. In the process, a wide variety of customer orders are professionally implemented.
