The Distributed Design Platform fosters the role of emerging makers and designers as part of the digitalization of our world. It celebrates, promotes and inspires emerging professionals from across Europe and provides opportunities that increase the mobility of their work and connect them with new, digital markets. The platform supports activities that promote and advocate on behalf of emerging creative talent.
The project is led by Fab Lab Barcelona at IAAC. The platform comprises 15 cultural institutions across Europe, including Happylab, Austria’s first Fab Lab and an interdisciplinary entry point for all those with creative and technological project ideas.
The Distributed Design Platform is co-funded by the Creative Europe Program of the European Union.
