GROOVIDO

GROOVIDO is a Rotterdam-based design studio founded in 2020 by Gianmaria Della Ratta and Giorgio Gasco after completing their Master’s in Contextual Design at Design Academy Eindhoven. Their practice combines traditional craftsmanship with material experimentation, new production techniques, and contemporary cultural influences. Their furniture and objects range from experimental pieces to collaborations with companies and brands. GROOVIDO’s work has been exhibited at Collectible Brussels, Alcova, Dutch Design Week, Rotterdam Design Biennale, Venice Design Biennale, and ADI Design Museum, among others. Since 2022, Della Ratta and Gasco have also been active in design education.
