HTL Spengergasse

Building on over 260 years of tradition, the Higher Technical College Spengergasse is now one of the leading vocational schools in Austria. More than 2,200 adults and young people attend a variety of training programs in one of the five departments: computer science, design, biomedicine & health technology, and engineering management & information technology. As a forward-looking institution, Spengergasse constantly reacts to current trends and developments in the world of work. One result of this is the game design program, which has been offered on the foundation of the essential strengths of design and computer science since 2012. Cooperation with the University of Derby, with approximately 25 years of success, is also forward-thinking: Spengergasse graduates can enroll in the fifth semester of various programs relating to design in Derby.
