Lisa Stolz is an architect and furniture designer from Vienna. While studying for her master’s at the Vienna University of Technology, she and three other students founded an interior design start-up in 2012. The projects they developed piqued her interest in furniture design. After working in an architecture office in Vienna for three years, Stolz moved to London in 2016 for a master’s program in furniture design at Central Saint Martins College of Art and Design (which she completed in 2018). In addition to developing the furniture brand MOWO, Stolz works with Studio NUUP, an interdisciplinary design studio she co-founded in London, on furniture and interior design projects.
