NIOH NIOH

NIOH NIOH, a Krakow-based design studio, focuses on combining furniture design with slow tech to create innovative, playful, and meaningful experiences. Its “CalmCave” project, which uses sensory stimulation for active relaxation, was presented at Dutch Design Week 2025 and further developed into the modular “CalmReef” system for everyday use. NIOH NIOH is based in the so-called Apteka Designu (design pharmacy), where it contributes to the emerging creative district of Wesoła through user studies, community-oriented design, prototype development, and collaborative projects such as one with a nearby psychiatric ward.
