OPEN HOUSE WIEN

OPEN HOUSE WIEN opens up architectural spaces that are not normally accessible to the public—no registration required, free of charge, and open to everyone. “We use buildings and public spaces as a matter of course, yet we often don’t even realize how much their design influences and shapes our lives. During the OPEN HOUSE WIEN architecture festival, visitors can take guided tours of buildings for three days without prior registration and with free admission. OPEN HOUSE WIEN is part of the global initiative OPEN HOUSE WORLDWIDE – the world’s largest architecture festival. Every year, two million people visit OPEN HOUSE festivals in over sixty cities. This is made possible by the efforts of some 20,000 volunteers who showcase their city’s architecture with joy and enthusiasm.”
