Over the course of the past decade, Peter König’s deeply rooted desire to understand and to learn from our culinary culture has driven him to continuously and actively investigate the subject of food. Building upon the knowledge that our eating habits also have a constant influence upon our society and the related ecosystem, König believes that it is high time to question linear food systems and to make room for the fertile soil of change.
