Pia Bauernberger

Pia Bauernberger, founder of the Viennese fashion label of the same name, designs ladies’ collections in small series – and does this quite intentionally outside the fast-lane fashion season. Through her conceptual work method, Pia Bauernberger connects fashion with design, art, and everyday life. She studied fashion design under the directorship of fabrics interseason and Ute Ploier in the Schloss Hetzendorf branch of the University of Art and Design in Linz. Before, during, and after her studies Bauernberger gathered experience with Austrian and international designers, most recently with Marios Schwab in London.
