Piotr Matkowski is a chef, educator, and videographer, who is based in Wroclaw, Poland. He earns his daily bread working in an artisan bakery and running cooking workshops. In his artistic practice, he intensively addresses cooking processes, the multiplicity of ingredients, and contemporary aesthetics.
