RAFT collective

RAFT collective consists of seven craft designers and product designers: Julia Chiara Bleisteiner, Conrad Bug, Jaskarn Singh Hanspal, Marvin Kasper, Anna Kalawrytinos, Matthis de Weerdt, and Mike Wirthensohn. The collective understands design as a process – from initial ideas and sketches to research and prototypes to a mature solution that combines function and aesthetics. A fundamental understanding of craftsmanship, materials, and construction is at the heart of their design work, thanks to their training in carpentry and goldsmithing. RAFT works individually, cooperatively, and globally. The collective thrives on its differences: each member brings their own language, different techniques, and individual focus to the table. This is precisely what creates energy and synergy – connected by a shared passion for design.
