Slowakisches Institut in Wien

The Slovak Institute in Vienna is part of the Slovak Republic’s diplomatic network: “Our mission is to showcase Slovak culture, art, and traditions not only in Vienna but throughout Austria. We are also committed to fostering the cultural and social ties of our compatriots to Slovakia as their country of origin.”

The Slovak Institute’s main activities include, in particular, organizing and promoting a wide range of cultural and artistic events: exhibitions, dance and art performances, performances by folklore ensembles and Slovak artists, film screenings, literary events, and other diverse forms of cultural presentations.
