Weingut Gassner is a biodynamic family business in Rust, Burgenland. Through intensive manual work and harvesting together with friends and family, they produce natural wines with the motto “Freilegen”, that refers to uncovering nature and making the invisible visible. The aim is to work as much as possible in the cycle of nature and together in a community.
