This tour takes participants to three projects at the former Nordwestbahnhof, where major urban development changes are currently being planned.

Biofabrique Vienna, a project of the Vienna Business Agency focused on material innovation for the creative industries, offers insight into its interdisciplinary work and presents research findings. The projects “Shade Commons” by Konstantin Kim, Ekaterina Korchagina, and Osvaldo Almendra, and “(W)hole in One” by Tracing Spaces – both winners of the Vienna Business Agency’s Creatives for Vienna – Making Spaces competition – demonstrate how creative interventions can revitalize underutilized spaces. Admission is free, registration kindly requested.
