How can intimacy emerge in public and shared spaces? This is the question posed by last year’s Passionswege participants, Swedish Girls (Mira Bergh and Josefin Zachrisson), in collaboration with the Innsbruck-based design studio schaum (Rita Schneeberger and Lukas Klestil). Their answer draws on familiar, everyday actions and places them in a new context: A fountain surrounded by soap pedestals that creates space for encounters, participation, and collective routines.
