The exhibition CONNECT US sheds light on the role played by design for a European Capital of Culture. In preparation for the presentation of Veszprém-Balaton 2023, the organizers teamed up with Budapest Metropolitan University (METU) to ask how design can contribute to socially and ecologically sustainable solutions. How can it be critical and connect us in meaningful ways with the objects, spaces, and services that we need? Courses were held, in which students and teachers worked on assignments in several areas. The results were selected for presentation during the VIENNA DESIGN WEEK and can be seen in situ.
