The “Tondo Table” stands for unity, dialogue, and inclusivity. Following its premiere at the Milan Design Week, the ten-meter-long table made from regional mountain pine that was developed by EHAM and Felix Pöttinger can now be seen in the Festival Headquarters of the VIENNA DESIGN WEEK, where, on 21.9., it is the setting for a culinary happening above Vienna’s rooftops created by the transdisciplinary (cake) designer Liza Sočan (torte0.0) and the curator and producer Hanna Gassner (Weingut Gassner). The “Tondo Table” is on display on the roof terrace of the Festival Headquarters throughout the festival and visitors are invited to take their place and join together in enjoying the impressive view – even when the intimate experience of the FERAL FEAST is not taking place.
