An immersive textile art experience, a documentary film, and a participatory artwork celebrate Luxembourg’s cultural diversity.

With MÉMOIRE EN FIL, Tatiana Bifouri presents an immersive, participatory textile experience developed within her nonprofit organization through the Méthode CreBIF®, a creative approach centered on transformation through creative gestures. The installation demonstrates how the creative act can give voices a platform, rebuild identities, and pass on memories and cultural heritage, all while celebrating Luxembourg’s cultural diversity. At the “CORPUS MNEMOZIN”, visitors can inscribe their memories into a silhouette and become part of a collective and evolving work of art. Complementing this, Tatiana Bifouri’s documentary film “Mémoire en Fil” invites viewers to reflect on how some voices in our society are being heard, while others remain unnoticed.

Also on view at MEZEKƎRƎ is the exhibition SCULPTURE, FURNITURE, AND SOUND.

Under the label Mixer!, the curatorial team at VIENNA DESIGN WEEK matches locations in Vienna with suitable content, which is presented there in an unusual setting.
