TOTEM CONSTRUCTION KIT is an AFK (away from keyboard) IRL (in real life) participatory generative design game. The game consists of magnetic “mood particles” that join together to become something special. Unusual symmetries lead to the emergence of elusive arrangements that can remain abstract or become figurative. TOTEM CONSTRUCTION KIT is based on a series of panels that are on display in the Festival Headquarters and invite visitors to get involved.
