Vienna’s World Heritage Würstelstand: A curated installation blends tradition with contemporary design.

Potpourri Studio is dedicating itself to Vienna’s World Heritage-listed Würstelstand. At the heart of the project is a specially designed sausage stand located within the gallery space of Atelier FĒ. In collaboration with traditional Viennese craft businesses and contemporary designers, a dialogue between the past and the present is created. Objects, graphics, and lighting are integrated into the structure of the sausage stand, transforming it into an exhibit in its own right. Accessible and open to everyone, the installation invites visitors to rediscover Viennese everyday culture.
